MedSolutions, Inc. (MSI)

MedSolutions, Inc. (MSI) works with health plans to help them control overall imaging cost and improve patient care.  They serve over 11 million members with contracts in all 50 states.

The Destiny Health Plan has partnered with MSI to leverage their expertise.  We believe that this partnership will achieve cost savings-for members, the plan and for employers, the high tech diagnostic imaging procedures.

Through prior notification, MSI will steer members from high cost imaging providers to lower cost, like-quality options which are usually stand-alone facilities with access to more cost effective radiology networks at discounted rates.

The tests affected by prior notifications are MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), CT (Computerized Tomography) and PET (Position Emission Tomography) scans, and Nuclear Cardiology studies.
